To mark the launch of their hot “Approved Heat” range and the upcoming PS4 release, Footlocker held a NBA2K14 tournament in connection with Sony for competition winners and basketball fans.
The lucky chosen ones were amongst the first people in Europe to get their hands-on the soon to be released nextGen console from Sony and see it’s scintillating graphics and processing power in action. On the night 32 hopefulls took part in a knockout competition in which they had to play head-to-head with another entrant selected at random and rack up a top score.
Fortuitously, friend of heDD magazine Vince Roman (in the Bulls cap)came away victorious, bagging a PS4, a copy of NBA 2K14, plus £200 to spend on anything in the store. Vince chose some Jordan Retro 5s from the new Approved Heat range, a Basketball Jersey and some Jordan Socks – good choice mate!
