Mexico’s iconic legends and masked superheroes will gather in the UK to perform in “The Greatest Spectacle of Lucha Libre”, an electrifying; electrifying three-day extravaganza at London’s York Hall in Bethnal Green from 9th – 11th July 2015.
Starring the finest Mexican fighters, Bolivia’s famous Fighting Cholitas and the UK’s own Lucha Britannia, the weekend will also feature wild Cabaret acts, authentic Mexican street-food and Agave cocktails.
Over the three days, London’s famous York Hall will be transformed into a retro-style Mexican Arena, transporting the audience to a time when legendary stars such as El Santo, Mil Mascaras, Cavernario Galindo, Black Shadow and Gory Guerrero starred in epic live confrontations of Good vs. Evil. Each day will feature different shows, including matinees for family audiences, a massive Grand Finale, and more raucous Friday night cabaret spectacular for a strictly adult audience.
The spectacles will be headlined by Mexico’s greatest luchador, the silver masked, El Hijo del Santo (The Son of The Saint) along with a stellar line-up of luchadores who have graced Mexico’s finest rings and international wrestling leagues. The shows also present for the very first time in Europe “The Fighting Cholitas of Bolivia”, and the UK’s own Lucha Libre stars, the high-flying heroes of ‘Lucha Britannia’.
