Bloomsbury Cocktail: Rhubarb infused Bloom gin, rhubarb liqueur and lime, topped with apricot foam cost – £13
Opihr Gin Journey: Opihr London Dry gin infused with cubeb from Indonesia, black pepper from India and Moroccan coriander for a uniquely spicy flavour. Garnish: physalis, herbal tonic and smoked grains of paradise on cassia bark. Cost – £11.50
Berkeley Square Martini: Berkeley Square Gin, Dry Vermouth ( volume depending on preference), Zest of Lemon Peel. Price on Request – Approx £13.
Thomas Dakin G&T with orange peel garnish. Cost: £10.50 per 50ml plus Tonic
Although a little on the pricey side, Sky Garden offers a slick bar with stunning views over London and a great location to enjoy throughout the year but especially during the summer.
