Check out this awesome video from Flow TV with parkour coach Chris ‘Blane’ Rowat as he discusses how he has maintained his body through 10 years of parkour and training.

The key to his success seems to be a measured and step-by-step approach, working on the fundamentals repeatedly and listening to his body when he gets niggles – all crucial elements in his bid for longevity.

Speaking about his warm-ups and training, Blane said: “I train one-handed catches because if I miss with two hands, I’ve still got one hand to catch me. My approach to training is always based on the worst case scenario.”
