Ever wondered how England’s rising star Maro Itoje would fare in five gym challenges against a fully-qualified PT? Maximuscle’s super-fit Paul Olima took on Itoje in Episode One of Maximuscle’s Gain Off series recently, at the Maximuscle Home of Gains gym, to do just that.
The Maximuscle Home of Gains runs until March 6th. Hosted here, members can sign up to free training sessions at a Vauxhall gym base, enter competitions to attend training sessions with top professional athletes, plus receive exclusive offers and tips from Maximuscle’s PTs and nutritionists.
